How much do big-rig drivers make per month average? Also...?

-I am 42 year old unemployed man and have more than few questions so please bare with me.

Also I never drove a big rig before and only have Class C passenger car driver license.

(4)Does company supply the truck once I graduate?

(7)is it easy to get a job now a days?

The cost to go to school, plus lease or buy your own truck, is out of your price range.



That's the simple truth.



Edit: Yes, I was an OTR driver for 2 years. Some will supply a truck. Most won't. Why would they risk a $50,000-200,000 vehicle on a new driver?
you dont make very much, they pay by the mile about 30 cents a mile . you drive for a company and live in the truck.

Gooogle " truckers report " it a big truckers forum you learn a lot there.

But driving for a OTR company you would make about $500 a week
