I got a red light ticket on someone car but dont have a license can I still pay the ticket?

-If it was a camera ticket, it would have gone to the car owner. The owner can deny he was driving and hopefully the picture will confirm it. The owner does not have to tell who was driving, even though they will ask.you are lucky its not a traffic stop/give the owner the money and let him mail it in/thats the road god warning/next time its the cop getting out of the car and then asking for your license and reg and insurance and there is another car you hit---get ready
if I were you I would just pay the ticket by mail and not even think about asking any questions. Also you really need to get a license.
