A Vehicle Global Positioning Satellite Navigator Question?

-I'm currently interested in purchasing my first portable vehicle GPS Navigation system. That being said, I am looking at the Garmin Nuvii 1450LMT model with Free traffice and map updates.



I know about the ad issues when using traffic updates so no need to reiterate that here.



Now is this overall, a decent navigator system or did I not research better? Also, it said that there's a FM traffic receiver with power cable included in the box. Does this mean I do not have to purchase a separate power charger for use in my car? Any input that is informative and helpful would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
