How to use the paddle shift feature on a 2010 camaro?

-its an automatic, but i am very confused-how do i use it? i tried using it, and i prefer the regular clutch and stick, but i have it so why not learn to use it. how do i use it? how do i know what gear i am in? how to put it back to first gear from 6th gear?It should be in your manual.
Why didnt u just get a normal stick shift?
if you cant figure it out, you shouldnt be driving it.
